Child, Adolescent & Young Adult

Working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting requires understanding, training, and insight.  Whether addressing matters of behavior, normal developmental processes, issues related to parental separations and/or divorce, self-mutilation, or substance usage, the clinicians at CareNet work to develop trusting relationships with the children and youth with whom they work.  Play therapy, behavior modification strategies, and skill development are but a few of the techniques used to help young clients establish personal goals and change defeating  or unsuccessful patterns of behavior.
