Living Abundantly

The Living Abundantly Wellness Program was developed especially for churches to promote whole health: body, mind, spririt and community.

This  University Professor Dr. Ski Chilton, author of Inflammation Nation and The Gene Smart Diet has personally supervised the design of the 9 week program. It is a  congregational approach based on the latest research into understanding the relationship between our genes and our diets.  Dr. Chilton believes that our genes were not designed for 21st century American diets and lifestyles and this mismatch is causing us to miss important bioactives that were once present in foods to send important messages to our genes to keep us healthy.

Through 5 simple diet and exercise principles, this 9 week program puts those bioactives back into your diet and triggers your body’s own survival systems to lose weight, increase energy, reduce inflammation and live healthier!
